To develop an attractive alumni program that encourages former students both to become contributors and not just to remain inactive members.


  • Make an initial evaluation and understand the “best practices”.
  • Generate new ideas through internal brainstorming sessions leading to a catalogue of hypotheses for new products and services
  • Quantitatively validate with alumni the interest of these new products and services
  • Organise an internal workshop to define the new alumni catalogue on the basis of the recommendations
